Social networking is very addictive. Often individuals spend far too much time on the various platforms including, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and other forms of social media. Whilst medically this isn't officially recognised, this behaviour can have a dramatic effect on how individuals perceive themselves and the potential negative consequence of their over use.
