Getting started with therapy
You do not need to have everything worked out before making contact. You may already know exactly what you would like support with, or you might simply recognise that something does not feel right and want the opportunity to talk.
Your initial enquiry is an opportunity to briefly explain what you are experiencing and find out whether therapy could be appropriate for you. There is no expectation that you share everything at this stage.
If you decide to arrange a session, a suitable appointment can then be agreed. Therapy is available for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction and challenging periods of change.
